HOW TO BOOK TEE TIMES

Paid BWGA members will have access to book preferred BWGA tee times at Brookline Golf Course.  If you have a ForeUp login, you’ll receive an email from the league once you’ve been granted access. Here's how it works:

  • Go to the "Tee Times" page of Brookline Golf Course's website.  They use a software called "ForeUp" to book times.

  • Scroll down and choose the blue "BWGA" box.

  • Log in using the email and password you used to sign up for booking tee times at Brookline.

  • NOTE: if you haven’t created an account with ForeUp to book at Brookline, you’ll need to make sure to do that first. Go to the "Tee Times" page of Brookline Golf Course's website, go to the top right and choose “Log In” and then click on “sign up for free.” You’ll need to create an account before BWGA can give you access to book our preferred tee times.

  • Using the calendar, look ahead for dates offered by BWGA.

  • The options will tell you whether 9 holes or 18 are available.  Sign yourself up!  You'll pay on the website and then don't have to pay when you arrive.

  • You will receive an automated email from the pro shop confirming your tee time and payment.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TEE TIMES

  • Tee times are first-come, first-served.  Cancellation policy is the same as applies to all rounds at the course.

  • Tee times are posted 8 days in advance.

  • With the exception of weekend afternoons, tee times are only available for members - please do not sign up for non-members or bring guests. In special circumstances, guests may be allowed but please check with Ally, Maeve, or Courtney in advance. Registering or bringing non-members during BWGA-only tee times may result in a suspension or cancelation of your membership.

  • Signing up for a tee time represents your preference. Your day captain is responsible for setting the final tee times for the week.  Day captains may occasionally rearrange groups to ensure back-to-back tee times or promote good pace of play within groups.  You’ll get an updated tee time confirmation if your time slot changes. More often than not, day captains will honor your original request, but we need some flexibility to keep our block of tee times moving smoothly with the pro shop.

HOW TO PAY YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES

Dues are what keeps the league going!

Individuals who were active members the prior year will receive an invitation to join the 2026 season in late January. Women interested in joining the league as new members will be invited to provide details about your golf experience and interests via an online form, and the screening process will take place in late winter/early spring.

Members have access to BWGA benefits as soon as dues are paid; dues should not be paid until invited to do so (this applies both to returning members and new members). Dues are tiered for new and returning members and are not prorated based on the length of the season. Dues are non-refundable and not tax deductible.

In 2026, dues are $100 for new members and $60 for returning members.

Once invited, there are three ways to pay your dues:

  1. Zelle to courtney@bwgagolf.com [preferred - no fee to BWGA]

  2. Venmo to @BWGA-putterham

  3. Mail a check made out to BWGA to: BWGA / 100 Anderer Lane #6 / West Roxbury MA 02132
